Sunny room in Clapton Park

The room is a large double with a small balcony in a bright, furnished maisonette in Clapton Park. You’ll be sharing with me and two sweet cats.

The property is ten minutes walk from the nearest station, ten minutes to Hackney marshes, 5 minutes walk to Chatsworth Road.

I’m looking for someone friendly and chilled out to fill the room that my current flatmate is leaving - she has bought somewhere locally. Ideally you would not work from home or at least be hybrid.
The house is furnished with my furniture but your bedroom you would need to furnish.

I work as a freelance food stylist, and I have a busy social life so I’m out a fair amount. If I’m not working I do classes at the gym, listen to music, read, potter about. Quite peaceful!

I have two cats and ideally you would be ok with feeding them if I’m away for work or visiting friends or family.
