EC1 - Clerkenwell Central London Zone 1.

I have a single and a double room available at different times in the same flat.

THE SINGLE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FOUR WEEKS BETWEEN THE 8th OF MAY UNTIL THE 8th OF JUNE AND FROM THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER 2024 ONWORDS.

THE DOUBLE ROOM WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 6TH OF JULY 2024 ONWORDS.

The flat is on the 12th floor; no buildings cover our views.
The single and double rooms have the same view and similar furniture.
There is lots of natural light and amazing panoramic views day and night.

I am now redecorating the bathroom, and you will have a brand-new bathroom with a bath and a strong two-head shower.

A nice small park downstairs is at the back of the building called King Square Gardens.

Clerkenwell is very Central and between Barbican, Old Street, Shoreditch and Angel.

My building is opposite the City University of London, Goswell Road, EC1.

- Both rooms come with Virgin Media fast wifi.
- Large glass table/desk.

- Good quality designer office chair.
The pull-out bed has three large drawers, which are great for storage. It can be a single or double bed with a medium-firm memory foam mattress, which is super comfortable.
- Large tall wardrobe with mirror doors.
- Floor cupboard great for storage.
- I have installed a blackout roller blind. You can use the blackout roller blind to project onto if you have a portable projector.

All bills are included, including super-fast Wi-Fi, utility bills, laundry supplies and cleaning once a week to clean the communal areas and your room.

Fully equipped brand new kitchen:

- Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Extra large Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, hob, grill, and oven.

There is a large dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to worry about doing your washing up.

I have a cute dog, a whippet called Olly, who is seven years old, very quiet and gentle.

I am originally from Brazil but have settled in the UK for quite some time. I am gay and an artist/designer, and I am preparing to apply for my Ph. D. next year.

I work from home, where I have my studio. I use the lounge as my work-living space. We do not have a communal shared lounge, so I would prefer you not bring guests around.
