It’s a luxurious development and my building is right next to Bang Bang Oriental Food Court and a 2mins walk to several supermarkets such as Morrisons, Asda, M&S, Wilko, Aldi.

The room I am looking to rent is available immediately. It is a bright double room with a large floor to ceiling window, with an en-suite / own bathroom including WC/toilets, clear glass shower, oak framed recess with mirrored cabinet and basin. Fully furnished with King size bed, full height fitted wardrobe with sliding doors, bookshelves and additional storage cabinet. Dimmer and remote light switches, plenty of electrical sockets and USB charger ports.

The flat is located in a new development. It is modern and very bright with many floor-to-ceiling windows. It includes a west-facing balcony with lots of plants and where it’s ideal to relax or have a drink/meal. The flat is very quiet, located in a small and low-rise block, with green outlook overlooking the back-gardens of houses.
The flat is composed of entrance/hallway, 1 family bathroom with bath/wc/basin, 2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom and is the room I am looking to rent). A semi-open plan kitchen with luxurious fittings, fully equipped with Smeg appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob/oven, microwave), separate small utility room with washing machine/tumble-dryer). It is safe and modernised, with new stores opening regularly and great access to the tube (northern and Jubilee lines) as well as the M1 motorway. It is also situated about 10mins from Brent Cross shopping center, Hamsteap Park and Brent reservoir water sports.
Colindale tube station (Northern line) is only 10mins walk with direct services to Central London (Tottenham Court road station is 25mins). Costa café, Tesco Express, Co-op, Tacobell, several gyms and other restaurants are within a few minutes walk.
