The flat is located on the 4th Floor in a nice development with local amenities nearby. There’s a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Dry cleaners and the famous JM Oriental just right downstairs and Cielo Prlr Restaurant near the station.

There’s also a Costa and Taco bells!

There’s a large Morrisons and Asda about 15mins walk from the flat.

There are many parks close by as well!

For £35 I’m willing to leave the outdoor furniture and desk in the room, as these were items I purchased during my time in the flat.

Transport:

5 mins walk to Colindale station with the Northern line.

Bus links to Brent Cross Shopping Centre which drops you right outside the shopping mall.

Bills are excluded from the rent.
