-The building management will do a background check on any new tenants so you will need to provide them with the required paperwork.
-You will need to prove you earn 30 times the rent annually and can pay 5 weeks deposit or you can pay upfront for the remainder of this lease (roughly 8500GBP)
-If you do not meet the above criteria you can/need to provide a UK Guarantor.
