Room In Colindale

Hi, I'm looking for someone to rent out the spare room in my house (there are 2 rooms, mine and yours). The rent is 900 each + council tax + bills (so everything works out to about 1050 a month each). I like to live in a clean and tidy house, so I'm looking for a clean person. The postcode is NW9 (a 2-minute walk from Colindale station). There's a Sainsbury's 2-minute walk, a gym (puregym) 2 minutes walk, another gym (thegym) 10 minutes walk, and a very large park 2 minutes walk. It's 15 minutes from Camden Town's via underground. There's still my brother's stuff in the room, which I'll remove when you rent it out (I'm talking about clothes, suitcase and box. 1 desk, wardrobe and bed is owned by the landlord so it will stay in the room. I can leave the other desk, chair and monitor if you like). Available immediately. I am a smoker but smoking is not allowed in the flat (I smoke downstairs at the entrance of the building), if you are a smoker you will have to do the same.

I like to go out, drinks or dinner or cinema. I also like to stay at home to watch a show on Netflix. I would love to improve my spanish so bonus points if we can talk in spanish. I work 9am to 5pm mostly from home, I go once a week in the office but that's not required so sometimes I just stay at home. Ideally I'm looking for somebody that I can be friend with.
