A bright, spacious en-suite master bedroom available in a clean, modern apartment literally right outside Colindale Station – newly renovated and just 24 minutes to King’s Cross by tube.

We're a friendly couple who stay at the property only 3–4 days a week, as we have another place nearby. Our room is on the other side of the apartment so it'll will largely be your own space – a proper home, not just a room.

We’re looking for a single occupant who’s clean, tidy, and respectful. Cats are welcome, so if you have a furry friend, they’re more than invited!

The area is fantastic – everything you need within walking distance:
• Biggest Asian Foodhall in London
• Morrisons, Asda, M&S, ALDI, The Gym Group, Oriental Supermarket - all around 10 minutes’ walk
• Sainsbury’s and Co-op right next to the apartment
• A large park on your doorstep, perfect for runs, strolls, or summer lounging

The place is available from the 30th May, Rent is £1000 per month, bills are around £150.
