Generous size Single Room in Colliers Wood

We have a large single room to rent in our flat very close to Colliers Wood tube station (zone 3) and bus stops. It is located near shops and local amenities.

Room is furnished with single bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk with chair. The bed has a memory foam mattress. Just so you know, the flat doesn't have a living/sitting room; however, there is a small terrace with a seating area and a quiet garden at the back.

You would be sharing the flat with a mixed family of 3. We are a friendly, tidy, professional couple, and we have a 4-year-old son who is well-behaved.

The rent is £640 per month - ALL bills and Wi-Fi broadband included.

We require a month rent in advance and a month deposit, proof of ID and some references.

We only want a respectable, tidy tenant who doesn’t have a problem with a small child in the flat. Room is not available for couples as we only have one bathroom and a small kitchen.

The room can be viewed most evenings or weekends, so please get in touch to arrange a viewing.

Transport: 5 min walk Colliers Wood Underground on the northern line, 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube Approx. just 25 minutes to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross.

Gyms: Anytime Fitness is 10 mins walk, Tooting Leisure Centre 15 mins walk (centre with pool, gym, sauna, steam rooms etc.)
