Big Double Room Colliers Wood

At the moment we have one double room long term let from 23/02/2020 :)
We are professionals in areas as: musician/guitar player, make-up artist, business/marketing/fitness instructor and photographer/builder. We also come from all over the world: Brazil, France, Italy and England. We are easy going, respectfull, clean and kind. We sometimes like to make dinners together, barbecues, Xmas and birthday parties, but as well we respect each other privacy and needs. We are looking for a cool, easy going, peaceful, open minded and respectful person to be part of this eclectic community :D
The double room is second floor, very large and light in a cosy house in Colliers Wood. The house compromises of 2 kitchens (one upstairs and another downstairs), 1 Dining Room, 1 Living Room, 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and another downstairs), a separate toilet and a massive garden. So usually, 3 people upstairs share the kitchen and bathroom upstairs and 3 people share the kitchen and bathroom ground floor/downstairs. As the double room is upstairs, you would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with just 2 people.
We are in 6 in total, counting with you :)
Fast wireless broadband internet.
5 min walking from Colliers Wood (Cavendish Road SW19 2EU) and all amenities.
We have a cleaner for the common areas every 15 days.
All bills included (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, Cable TV, Cleaner)
£660 monthly all bills included + £5 for (toilet paper, dish washer, ...).

(preference women and vegetarian or non-vegetarian counscious eater - but of course if you are nice, dietary options are not going to exclude you from living with us :))
