There are two bedrooms - both double but one larger than the other. One bedroom could be converted to an office or similar as well if you are a couple or single person looking to move in.
There is plenty of additional storage in our basement.
The kitchen / living room are open plan and can be let fully equipped & refurbished also.

The property is currently available furnished.

We have a private parking behind the house in our courtyard, so whilst there is no garden as such we mostly use that for the odd bbq.

There is also a secure Asgard shed for bike storage if that's of interest.

Rent start date between mid August - mid September (flexible). Initial lease length flexible - anything from 3 months to 24 months considered.
