There are 4 bedrooms arranged over 3 floors with 2 bathrooms, so you’ll only ever share with 1 other.

For entertainment, there’s a 49” LG 4k TV & Zen Full Fibre Broadband at 900Mbps! with Mesh WiFi.

The designer kitchen has solid granite worktops, Induction hob, Oven, Integrated Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer & Dishwasher all made by Bosch.

Our regular cleaner comes every 1-2 weeks to clean the common areas.

In the front garden, there’s a lockable bike store.

It's a 9 minute walk to Colliers Wood Underground Station zone 3 Northern Line which is open 24 hours on Friday & Saturdays. Or 9 Minutes to Tooting Overground Train Station (Thames Link)

Devonshire Road is perfectly placed with everything on your door step. Merton Abbey Mills has lots of craft events, a lovely pub on the river, food outlets and other quaint little shops. If you’re a gym enthusiast, you’re spoilt for choice with Nuffield, Jetts Fitness, The Gym & YourZone45.
