Double room available near Colliers Wood

Hi!

Our last housemate has just moved out so we have a spare room available from September just because we're both travelling a lot over the next month and would like to be here to welcome you into the house! If needed, an earlier move in is possible :)

The room available is on the first floor, directly in front of the stairs and faces out towards the garden. It's a very warm house so very cosy in the winter, and although a terrace house, we never really hear the neighbours much.

The house is an easy 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern line) which is about 10 minutes from Clapham and 20 minutes into Central London, 15 minutes to Haydons Road for the train, and a 20 minute walk into Wimbledon.

We have a cat called Silver too (as you can see in the photos) so must be okay with a pet here.

Ideally looking for someone who is relatively tidy and clean, and likes spending time socialising as well as having time alone sometimes.

All bills are included in the price.
