Bright large double room in garden flat.

Hey,

My flatmate is sadly heading away on a sabbatical, so I'm looking for someone to move into their room in a lovely two-bedroom flat.

The flat is located in Colliers Wood/Tooting, about an 8-minute walk to each station. It has a separate living room and a private south-facing garden. It’s also close to shops, pubs, and gyms.

The room comes furnished with a bed and matress, two large wardrobes, and a chest of drawers, offering plenty of storage. There’s also space for a desk if you need one for working from home.

A bit about me: I’m 29 and work in marketing (a mix of WFH and office). I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly, sociable, and enjoys drinks in the garden but also values their own space and independence.

Oh, and I share the flat with my beautiful black lab retriever, Blue. He’s well-behaved, crate and house-trained. Despite his size, he’s a big softie who loves cuddles, so I’m ideally looking for a dog lover who’ll appreciate that.
