New housemate needed in Colliers Wood

Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in Colliers Wood in a large split-level house, 4 rooms in total. You will be joining current house members myself (Shannon - 34 yr old Aussie female) and Will (28 yr old Irish male). We also have a new house member Aimee (22 year old English female) who will be joining. We are all friendly and social but also have our own busy loves. The house includes a backyard for bbqs etc, a large living room and 2 bathrooms which will be shared between 3 people (I have an ensuite). It is also quite a big place so we are never in each other's way.

The room is approx £809/month and is a decent sized double. The £800 price is what we collect each month and then after it may then be more or less depending on what energy bills come to, so I will either refund you or collect more (usually it comes to less except in Winter). A copy of bills will be sent to you each week of course. We are in Council Tax band D.

The house is close to transport (10-15 min walk to Colliers Wood tube station, 6 min walk to Haydons Road railway station). The location is great because it is close enough to the end of the northern line to always get a seat on the tube, but still close to buzzy areas nearby like Clapham
