Double room with own bathroom!

Hey!

I’m looking for a female housemate to move in with me at my lovely flat in Colliers Wood.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, chilled and looking to be a friend as well as a housemate. Ideally they’ll be on a Mon-Fri work schedule and mostly office based so we can be a little bit in sync with our schedules! It would be great to find a housemate who is looking to make a house a home.

A bit about me… born in South Africa but raised in London. I work in finance and will be in the office about 3 days a week. I love all things sport and like to go on a run and play netball. I also love watching a bit of trash tv, heading to the pub or trying out new dinner spots in London! Would love to live with someone who’s up for going out every now and then and exploring London together.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There’s plenty of space to fit in a desk if you want to bring one! You’ll basically have your own bathroom since my room has an ensuite. There’s a nice open plan kitchen\living space to hang out in. There’s also allocated parking if you need it.

The area:
- 8-10 min walk to Colliers Wood tube station (Northern Line)
- 8 min walk to Haydons Road (Thameslink)
- Lots of bus links nearby
- Walking distance to loads of shops that come in handy like Dunelm, Next, Argos etc.
- Short walk (25mins)/bus (10mins) into Wimbledon
- Short walk to Abbey Mills which has a cute riverside pub and some good places to eat/drink

Rent is £1100pm and includes all bills (water, gas/electricity, wifi, council tax). I’ll be doing viewings start of June and the room is available from July onwards.
