We are delighted to advert a cozy double room for single occupancy in the lovely 4 bedrooms flat 5-10 minutes from walk from Colliers Wood Station . The property located at the green calm environment . speared from the main road with a private gate so traffic crossing over.

Room number 2 has a garden which make it more unique and enjoyable your stay .

All bills are included in the weekly price .

We just require £180 to contribute for the facility bills once when you signed the contract.

The room comes fully furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy which comprises with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

The utility bills are included in the monthly rent (Wi-fi and maintenance service are given as a courtesy).

We offer bi weekly maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

NO DEPOSIT!!!

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
