Office room could be used for beauty, storage, dressing or home office. Ideal for someone who WFH (or hybrid)
House is modern, spacious, open plan living dining kitchen area. With bi-folding doors onto the garden.
You will be sharing the main bathroom (bath/shower) with one other housemate. But there is also an additional downstairs toilet.
Parking available on the road but permit required.
We’re professionals aged 26, 29. Easy going, friendly, chatty, clean and respectful.
We love living here and we keep the place nice and clean and respect each others privacy.
Ideally, we are looking for somebody that likes to socialise, doing things together like cooking, going out for food / drinks, exploring London and is happy to help keep our house feeling like a home 🏡
Close to Colliers Wood Tube station - Northern Line (around 5 minute walk). 12 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station. Great bus links nearby. Supermarkets 5-10 minute walk.
