Available to rent is a newly decorated double room in a stylish, first floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.

I'm looking for a friendly and considerate professional person to share my lovely apartment Mon-Fri or on short term basis. (Up to 6 months)
Mon-Fri let @ £185 pw.

Room consists of an ottoman double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, and window fittings. Extra shelving or a desk can be provided.
You will enjoy sole use of a bathroom with shower over bath.
Spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen is shared with one other person.
Allocated parking space available if needed.

Property is located 10 min walking distance to both Colliers Wood for Northern Line and Haydons Road for City Thames Link stations, allowing easy connection to Central London locations. Wimbledon centre is 20 min walking dinstance with an array of shops, restaurants and gyms (the new Third Space gym is fantastic!). Trendy Tooting Market is also only 20 min walking distance.

Colliers Wood has numerous supermarkets including large M&S, Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl as well as smaller Coop and Tesco on your way home.

You will be sharing with a professional female, working in higher education. I am friendly, considerate and very clean and tidy, and expect the same.
I enjoy socialising over a glass of wine as well as doing my own things.
