I'm looking for a friendly and considerate professional person to share my lovely apartment.

Room consists of an ottoman double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, desk, monitor with streaming and a chair.
You will enjoy sole use of a bathroom with shower over bath.
Spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen is shared with one other person.
Allocated parking space available if needed.

Property is located 10 min walking distance to both Colliers Wood for Northern Line and Haydons Road for City Thames Link stations, allowing easy connection to Central London locations. Wimbledon centre is 20 min walking dinstance with an array of shops, restaurants and gyms (Virgin, Third Space etc.). Trendy Tooting Market is also only 20 min walking distance.
Bills and council tax band D are included.
Colliers Wood has numerous supermarkets including large M&S, Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl as well as smaller Coop and Tesco on your way home.

You will be sharing with a professional female, working in higher education. I am friendly, considerate and very clean and tidy, and expect the same.
I enjoy socialising over a coffee or glass of wine as well as doing my own things.
