We have a beautiful spacious double bedroom available to rent in a lovely semi-detached four bedroom house.
The room comprises of a large space which can easily fit a double or king-size bed, desk or storage and also has an in-built wardrobe and storage space. The bedroom comes unfurnished.

We are a trio of friends who have been sharing our home for many years and are looking for the right person to join our household!
We all work full time jobs and treasure the time spent together which we like to enjoy by sharing a glass of wine together, playing board games or movies.

We have recently moved to this new property and have completely re-decorated it, hence the furniture in the living room have changed from what is seen in the picture. The property has three modern bathrooms, one on each floor. We also have a cozy private back garden which can be accessed from the living room.
The available room is located on the ground floor and has a large double glazed glass window which faces the front of the property.

The property is fully managed by Samuel Estates and the new tenant will have to go through the referencing process directly with them.

The monthly rent is £798 which does not cover bills. We have recently installed our new Vodafone broadband and council tax fall under Merton Council.
