Double room in friendly house w/ garden & tube

Our lovely flatmate is moving away for work so we are looking for an epic individual to join our existing house share!

You’ll be living with Ravina, a British doctor, and Amelie, a French researcher in environmental studies working in London and beyond!

After like minded individuals who are up for a chat and like to be social with whom they live with, but equally respect everyone’s need for their own space and chill time. Someone who is happy to help keep the flat clean and is considerate towards their flatmates. Overall the house is very chilled out (not a party house). Also sorry but ideally not looking for someone WFH more than 2-3 days a week.

The room available is a cosy double, for single occupancy only. There is a double bed, large window, closet and bedside table. Lots of natural light. You'd be just sharing the bathroom with one person.

The flat is a modern 3 bed. There is a large living room and a garden with a BBQ (we try and use it as much as possible!). Great spacious kitchen.

100m from Colliers Wood Station (Northern Line) - literally a 3 minute walk.
25 min commute into central London.
10 mins bus to Wimbledon or if you’re up for a walk 25 mins around some lovely parks which will lead you to the heart of Wimbledon.

There is a 24hr Tesco minutes walk, a large Sainsbury's ten min walk away and a Co-op right around the corner. Great local coffee shops and a cracking pub bistro as a local!

Bills (internet, water, council tax band C) are an additional £79 currently. The only bill not included is gas & electric which is usually £30-60 depending on the season and is split equally and paid monthly.

The landlord is friendly and responsive, and genuinely wants the house to feel like a home. No agencies involved.
