Furnished double room in friendly house w garden

Hello, we are looking for a professional individual to join us in our friendly house share

🏠 - The house is just off Merton High Street. It has a large living area / kitchen which is ideal for cooking and hosting. There is one bathroom and there is also a small garden where you can eat outside / BBQ in the summer. We have a cleaner who visits once a fortnight. Permit street parking is available right outside.

🛏 - The room is upstairs at the back of the house. It has a double bed, wardrobe and book shelf, and can fit a small desk if you are working from home. There is extra storage available upstairs for suitcases and winter coats in a box room that also be used as an office space.

👩‍🦱🧑 - The housemates are George and Brendan, we both work full time, a few days each at home and the office / gym. Our work schedules mean we don't hangout a lot but we would be both be up for starting a new TV series or watching the new Witcher, Alice in Borderland, Love is Blind, etc. We are both pretty tidy and clean up after ourselves quickly.

🏪 - There is a huge Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer less than five minutes walk away. The Tandem Centre is about ten minutes away with Nandos, Next, etc.

🚇 - The house is more or less in the middle of Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon Stations on the Northern Line, both are less ten minutes walk away. Buses to Wimbledon, Kingston and Tooting are less than two minutes away as well.

💰- The rent includes all bills and will be less over the summer. We deal direct with the landlord, who is responsive to repair requests and we've recently had improvements done such as repainting the living room. The new tenant will be added to the lease.

Our current housemate has lived here for two years and is only moving to return home to Poland and has enjoyed living here with George and Brendan and says it is her favorite house share while living in London (I can show you the Whatsapp screenshot!).
