Double room in a lovely house near the tube!

We're 3 professionals in the theatre, design/publishing and civil service industries looking for a 4th housemate to fill our ground floor good sized double room from July 1st! We are doing viewings on Monday 26th May (morning).

Seeking women and non-binary working professionals looking for somewhere long term. You must be happy living with a cat, as we have one (Coco, pictured)! Coco prefers being a solo cat so sadly we can't accept any additional pets.

We all have busy work schedules with a combo of wfh and office, but we like to hang out, eat together, watch TV and drink wine when we can. We're seeking someone social, friendly and clean who'll fit right in! We've got a garden and a sunny living room and are 8 minutes from the tube and a short walk from loads of parks.

The room comes part furnished including the bed - more details available on request. You can also paint the room if you'd like. We have a good and hands off relationship directly with the landlord and the house has been decorated and personalised by tenants over the years so it's a really lovely, affordable house as far as house shares go! Bills normally £40-£80 on top of rent a month. Council tax is included in the price of the room (band D).
