Room to rent in SW London £1100 pcm bills incl

My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to fill his tenancy. Earliest move in date is 20th August, latest 10th September.

£1,100 all in - rent, all bills (water energy wifi council tax). Minimum 3 month stay with 30 days notice thereafter.

Colliers Wood not the most lively area but as somewhere to live it's perfect. Always a seat on the tube, takes about 25 minutes to London Bridge and the flat is a 6 minute walk away from the tube stop. All within 5 minutes of the flat there are 3 gyms, barber downstairs, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys, M&S, Co-op, Boots, Post Office, Dry Cleaners, Nandos, McDonalds, and more (it's next to a retail park).

I'm 25 and work as a Relationship Manager at HSBC. Outside of work I like to be active (gym/running/MMA), work on side hustles, cook, the occasional night out (still go out but not as much as I used to) and spend time with my girlfriend Liv. I'm originally from Manchester and moved to London 2 years ago. I have a group of friends also so if you don't have any mates down here i'd be happy to bring you out with us. Also know London well so can give you a tour.

The current set up in the flat is a kitchen, WFH area and a living room area. You can have a desk if you need. The room you will have is a decent size, furnished and has an en-suite with shower. There is a balcony also.

My ideal flatmate would be someone with the same interests/work ethic as me. I'm a hard worker and like to get my head down, but I do have fun also. I wouldn't want someone who wants to have afterparties every weekend, though I'm a very social person.

Must be clean.
