I am a professional male originally from Northern Ireland. I work in Canary Wharf as a Client Relationship Manager and work from home 2 to 3 days a week. I am a quiet respectful person who enjoys exercising and a sociable drink.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern Line) and 1 minute walk from Nuffield Health gym which also has a swimming pool. There are shops available at the Tandem Centre and 5 supermarkets 1 minute walk away. The fantastic Abbey Mills development is at the end of the road.

Bills are shared and not included in the rent. The new tenant will need to pay £100 pm council tax (Band D) and approx £50 pm for electricity and internet.
