I have lived around this areas for a numbed of years and absolutely love it.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern Line) and close to Wimbledon. It's a two minute walk to three gyms. A brand new David Lloyd gym has opened in November which is practically below the building. There are shops available at the Tandem Centre and 5 supermarkets 1 minute walk away. The fantastic Abbey Mills development is at the end of the road.
Bills are shared and not included in the rent. The new tenant will need to pay £100 pm council tax (Band D) and approx £50 pm for electricity and internet.
The room is available to rent from 31st January 2026 onward.
