I am a professional male originally from Northern Ireland and work as a Client Relationship Manager. I am a quiet respectful person who enjoys exercising and travelling.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern Line) and 2 minute walk to two gyms which also has a swimming pool. There are shops available at the Tandem Centre and 5 supermarkets 1 minute walk away. The fantastic Abbey Mills development is at the end of the road.

Bills are shared and not included in the rent. The new tenant will need to pay £100 pm council tax (Band D) and approx £50 pm for electricity and internet.

The room is available to rent from 1sr December 2025 onward.
