We are sadly looking for someone to take over our lease. The property is situated in a quiet residential area. (Colliers wood). There is a year left on the lease. This is for the entire property. 3 big double rooms available in SW19. There is a living room as well. The property comes furnished. It is located a 8 minute walk from the Colliers Wood station (Northern Line) and a 10-12 min walk from the gym group as well as a big Sainsbury, M&S and Aldi. It is also a 15 minute bus from Wimbledon station (District Line).

Rent is £867 per month per room and bills come to approximately £80 per month and a deposit of £1000 per room will be needed. Move in date can be middle of July but slightly flexible.

We are looking for a group of friends or individuals to take over the rooms
