Spacious double room, 5 min walk from tube stop

Hi everyone!

I’m moving out of a lovely flat near Tooting Broadway / Collier’s Wood stations - sharing with my amazing friend Victoria. We’ve worked together and been friends for over 2 years and I’m now moving out to live with my boyfriend.

We’re looking for a lovely gal to replace me, from 23rd June, who:

- Is between 22-28 years old
- Is a working professional (no students sorry)
- A non smoker
- Doesn’t have a pet (as much as we love cats we’re not allowed them)
- ⁠Is clean and tidy!

Victoria works in London Bridge in Public Affairs - we’re looking for someone sociable, who enjoys a glass of wine and a good series on Netflix! She likes going out with friends, a good book and lots of pasta 🍝

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood station, it’s on a super safe road and we have lovely neighbours. Shops within 10 minutes include Aldi, Sainsbury’s, M&S etc. We also both use The Gym which is very close. We have lovely pubs and restaurants around us with Tooting Market a 10 minute walk away too.

The room comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures - the room and flat also has loads of storage.

Rent is £850pm + bills. We’re on a two year contract which ends January 2025 with possibility to extend.
