2 rooms available in a large 4 bed house

Hey, we’re two friendly paramedic students (20/21F) who are looking for two more housemates. We like spending time together in the evening watching films and crocheting.
There is a single and a double room available from July 22 with a shared living room and kitchen area. There are two bathrooms and a garden (which we will be tidying up). It is a spacious 4 bed house on a quiet street in a friendly area. Colliers Wood station (northern line) is a 5-10 min walk away and there are lots of supermarkets around. Parking is also available with a permit. Both rooms will include a bed, mattress and wardrobe.
Bills are not included but average about £70/month. This includes wifi, water, gas, electric and house insurance
The first picture (upstairs room) will have a single bed instead of the double shown
