Double Room in Colliers Wood

Hi All!

Our flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend, so we're looking for someone to take a room in our houseshare! You’ll be living with two girls and one guy, and the room is available from 8th August 2026.
The bedroom comes furnished, there is a huge in-built wardrobe and the room overlooks the Wandle River, so super quiet during the day and night. You’d be sharing a bathroom with two of us, but we keep it very clean.

The house is split over three levels, has a large kitchen/dining area, a big garden, and a spacious living room with balcony. There is also tons of storage throughout the house should you need to use up some extra space. Drivers can apply for a resident permit to park outside the house.

We’re a 6-minute walk to Colliers Wood Station (Northern Line) or a 15-minute walk to Wimbledon Station (District Line). There are many green spaces nearby and within a short walk to all local amenities, such as a Sainsbury's superstore, Lidl and Aldi, and we’re a short walk from Tooting.

I'm Leona (31), I work in marketing, Charles (28) who is a civil servant, and Elodie (32) who works in HR. We all like to get together for some food and drinks occasionally, but we like our own space too, and would prefer someone who is up for a catch up every now and then but also is considerate of everyone’s space.

We also have a cat (Moustache), who tends to keep to herself but loves a cuddle once she's gotten to know you. She keeps out of bedrooms, however roams free around communal spaces.
