Spacious Double Room- 6 minute walk from tube

Hey all,
Looking for a guy ideally to join our social household in Colliers Wood which currently consists of 2 girls 1 guy (1 x Australian, 2 x Brits). We are a nice bunch and respectful of space and privacy but do enjoy a pub trip together. The bedroom advertised is the one with couches in it (old photo - it is now a bedroom) and it’s very spacious. You’ll essentially have your own toilet as it’s right next to the bedroom and no other bedrooms are on your level (it’s a 3 level house). Lovely kitchen and living room, a nice garden and you can have a parking spot 😊

The room is £975 pm + bills which are usually around £140 pm.

The house is a 6 min walk to Colliers Wood station which is along the northern line, and a 15 min walk to Haydons Road station. A 7 min walk to a big Sainsburys and M&S too.
