Double bedroom in Colliers Wood

We are Natalie and Grace and we're looking for a third housemate.

Move in date: 10th August

🏠 The house: A three bedroom, two bathroom maisonette across two floors, on a quiet street in between Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway.

We have a spacious living room with great natural light which fits a dining table and two sofas. There are two full bathrooms (shower and toilet), and a garden out the back. There's a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The house will be partially furnished as the outgoing tenant owns and may take most of it. But we can work this out between the three of us!

🛌 The room: A double bedroom that comfortably fits a book shelf, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room will come with only the bed base. It's on the second floor and at the back of the house.

Rent: £769pcm plus bills of £120-150pcm including internet, water, electric/gas, council tax (band C Merton), TV licence and a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

📍 Location: The house is in a great location - on a pretty quiet residential street, very close to Colliers Wood tube station (7-10min walk). Also in walking distance of shops (two big Sainsburys), as well as Tooting's markets, lots of restaurants and bars. There is a local park a short walk away too.

Importantly, there are many pubs around where we enjoy a pint to unwind, watch the Euro's, or do a pub quiz :)

👥 About us: Natalie (31) and Grace (29) have been living here for the last year and have become good friends, and we're looking to welcome a third person into the fold!

Natalie works as a travel writer. She loves travelling, getting stuck into a great new TV series (or some reality TV). She can often be found trying new beers, listening to 6music, and hanging out with friends.

Grace works as a product analyst at a corporate bank, based in the city. She also loves travelling (being a typical Australian in London travelling Europe), a great TV series, pilates, reading, and tennis.

We both work from home a few days a week, so someone comfortable with this is needed.
