Room available in Colliers Wood (8th September)

Hi,

We are a group of 3 boys, who are 2 friends from uni and a friend of a friend, looking for a housemate to fill a room in our house. It is a 4 bed, < 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood (one stop from Tooting and 25 mins from central) on the Northern Line, with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms that are identical. We love the house and location (15 minute walk to Tooting and Wimbledon) but our housemate is moving to be closer to Canary Wharf.

Rent is £775 a month and with all bills comes to just under £900 total, so one of the cheapest I know of. The contract will start on 8th September for a year minimum but we have already been here for a year so may choose to extend again next year.

One of us works in consulting, one in advertising, and one in audit, and we are looking for a similar aged professional, who is social and likes to go out, but is also down for a night in chilling!
