Lovely room available in 2 bedroom flat

Looking for a professional female to share flat with, located 8 minutes from Colliers Wood station.

Unfortunately, my current flatmate is leaving and I am now looking a female to take over her contract.

This is a 2 bedroom flat so you will only be sharing with me! We would be sharing the small and cosy living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. There is also a small garden (I am not very good with plants so if this is something you are interested in, you will be in charge of the garden!).

I am a 28 years old French and Spanish teacher in a secondary school. I like to read, listen to music, cook, watch films/series and go for walks.

The flat is cozy, tidy and perfect for someone who values peace and quiet. It is definitely not a party house as I often fall asleep early during the week (secondary school children are very tiring) and wake up quite early in the morning.

I am looking for someone who will enjoy a chat from time to time but who would equally enjoy having their own space.

As a bonus, I'm not working from home at all, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the space during the day. However, I'm usually around during the weekends.

Regarding cost, the rent is £800 and bills are roughly £150 per month. Council Tax Band C.
