A place to call home

Hello,

I hope you are well, thank you for looking at our ad! I'm glad we caught your attention. Our Friend has decided to move out of London and therefore we are looking for a new addition to the team!

This is a 3 bedroom house about 10 mn walk to the station (Northern Line) and we benefit from several shops, parks and a descent local pub! We also have a garden and parking available.

You would be living with:
- Kaito, a Japanese student from Kings College, just getting into his Psychology PHD.
- Me (David), I am Franco / Spanish, I work for a consulting firm and have been in London for almost 20 years.

- Garfield, our resident Cat :-). She is a very cuddly soft and gently princess that will enlighten your day!

Please note that this is what we call home and not just a place to sleep. We get along very well and look after each other. Being foreigners, it is important to feel home at home. With that in mind, we all have our separate lives, but we enjoy spending time together for the occasional glass of wine or tablet of dark chocolate.

Regarding leisure’s, we enjoy science, psychology, technology, computing as well as the occasional gaming afternoon. In addition to this, Kaito is into climbing and fancy coffee while I like motorbikes, electronic music and DIY.

Kaito and I are very different, but it works perfectly! It is important that the chemistry is right between us. We are both chilled, we like to keep the place tidy and clean and expect the same from you. We sometimes have guests or BBQs, but this is not a "party every weekend" house.

We are looking for a like-minded person to join us from early August.

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The rent is £700 pcm + Bills which are between £100 to £150 pcm depending on usage. We have Gigabyte internet with Virgin.
This room is available for 1 person (no couples), and it will be a 1 year contract.
