We regularly go to the pub to socialise with our neighbours (who are our friends) and people in the area, also getting 20% local discount which is always a bonus.
We are masters at keeping running costs (utility bills etc.) as low as possible.
Available contractually from 27th September however current vacating tenant is flexible and can move out from 27th August!
