The living room and connected kitchen space is surprisingly spacious for a two bed. It comes fully furnished as well with couches, tv etc as seen in the pics.

The kitchen is really well kitted out. The oven, washing machine and dishwasher were all replaced at the end of last year.

The overall area is super quiet as it’s away from the main road. Most of the neighbours are families or young couples.

There are several supermarkets in walking distance. As well as a number of gyms, pubs and restaurants.

Flatmate 🧍‍♂️

You’ll be sharing with a 26 year old male professional. I spend a lot of time out with work, or seeing friends, going to the gym/classes etc. Big into cooking and being able to chill out when at home.

The ideal flatmate is of a similar age, with their own interests. Someone who respects the other persons space but is easy to get on well with as well. Great if you have lived in London for a while and have your own friend group.

There are currently no pets but the landlord is extremely friendly and helpful so a conversation can be had for the right person 😊
