Room In 2 Bed Flat

Hello,
I hope you're well! I'm a 4th year student at St George's University looking at a 2 bedroom house I'd love a flatmate for. I'm quiet and calm, clean and easy-going and would like a female flatmate who is similarly calm and tidy. I like to bake and often keep to myself but when comfortable, can sometimes be a little chatty.

The property has a garden, two bedrooms, a shared living room and a kitchen and bathroom. It's recently been refurbished and looks very clean and inviting. Bills aren't included but would of course be split evenly. (If you are also a student, council tax would not apply.)

My interests are religion (Islamic texts), reading books, and watching historical tv shows. I also like trying out new restaurants. i am a slightly older student and would prefer students- as the property is a ten minute walk from St George's University. However, I don't drink or party (Muslim) so it's not quite a party house and hopefully, doesn't give that energy! ;)
