It is located in Colliers Wood, a 6 min walk from the tube station. Also a 6 min walk to a big Sainsburys, M&S and a great local pub.
The lease goes until July 26th 2025. Move in date is 10th September (new tenant has to be flexible as may be a day or two later or earlier).
Price or room is £1030 a month, + bills which amount to around just under £150.
