Urgent Move In!!! 1 Double Room In Colliers Wood

Hi there my friends and I are moving into a four bedroom house in Colliers Wood. Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to the tube station and several buses and not on the main road so it's quiet and homy. We are looking to move in at the end of August/ beginning of September.

The house has four really nice sized double beds (furnished) and a decent kitchen and 1 bathroom. One of the rooms on the ground floor is the one available. Also has a really spacious backyard! However there is no reception.

We're looking for, preferably a student to join us. Someone who's clean and friendly. Also would be helpful to have a guarantor or you'd need to pay 6 months up front.

holding deposit: £185 (1 week)
deposit payable: £924 (5 weeks)
