Modern and quiet room in a 2-bed 2-bath that is 8 mins walk from Colliers Wood underground station is available October 22.

This is a huge 2-bed 2-bath modern flat with large bedrooms and a super spacious and bright living room facing south – which offers plenty of sunlight during the day providing a very warm and cozy feeling when you spend time there. The flat also has a balcony with a small patio table and chairs - superb to enjoy the summer!

You will be taking over my double bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom just for your use. The bedroom is quite spacious and can fit a large desk if you work from home (mine is 120x80cm) and is also quite bright during the day. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobes, but also around the flat if you have books and other large items.

You will be sharing the flat with Lorenzo, a friendly but also considerate and clean flatmate who works in the City most days. He’s happy to hang around when you are both in the flat or give you space as you need.

You will be replacing me in the contract which lasts till September 2025. The flat is managed by a letting agency, and they’ve been very responsive in our experience whenever we needed them. Move in date could be flexible by few days before/after October 22.

The area has all the things you need:
- Colliers Wood Underground Station is 8 mins walk;
- Large Sainsbury, Aldi, M&S & Boots less than 5 mins walk away;
- 3 different gyms less than 5 mins walk away;
- Starbucks, Nando’s, Sports Direct, several pubs, etc. all less than 5 mins walk away;
- Tooting Broadway (with lots of restaurants) is 15 mins away, while Wimbledon is 20-25 mins by bus.

- Internet: 150-150 download-upload, £15/mo per person;
- Electricity: avg of ~£60/mo per person;
- Council tax: Merton band D, £83/mo per person;

About you: you are a professional who’s generally clean and considerate, and can pass standard reference check.
