Double room available (Close to Northern Line)

I have a double bedroom available in my 2-bedroom flat. The room is furnished (see photos) and includes a TV with Sky and Netflix. All bills are included, and I might be flexible on rent for the right tenant.

I’m looking for a working professional who doesn’t work from home too often. If you need storage, I have a garage available. The flat is well-equipped with essentials like a washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, air fryer, and fridge/freezer.

The location is excellent, with everything you need just a 10-minute walk away:
- Colliers Wood tube station (5-6 mins)
- Sainsbury’s, M&S, and Aldi (6-7 mins)
- Two gyms also within 10 minutes

I’m easygoing and work shifts, so there will be times when you have the flat to yourself. This is a great spot for easy access to the Northern Line or if you’re working at St George’s, as it’s a short walk away.
