I am moving away from London so I am looking for someone to take over the remaining tenancy (until end of January 2025 but with the option to renew the tenancy). The rent is £800 pcm, council tax (band E) is £61 pcm, and bills are approx £55 pcm.
The room is a large ground floor room with a double bed and wardrobe. The house has a huge garden and a living room. Approx 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station (Northern Line) which will get you to London Bridge in 25 minutes or a 10 minute walk to Tooting Thameslink station for Blackfriars and Farringdon within 30 minutes.
Lots of pubs and restaurants in the local area and Tooting, plenty of supermarkets including Lidl and Aldi and a huge Sainsburys & M&S a few minutes away.
The current housemates are Kareem who is 30 and works in finance, Joey, 25 and works in HR and Henry 25 who works in consultancy. They are all chill and social, always up for going out or watching something on TV.
