We have a property whereby we have been selected for referencing but unfortunately had a last minute drop out. Please only message if you are able to commit TODAY (30.09.24)

We are looking for a third girl to join us with a similar lifestyle that we would love to become friends with!
Flat details:
. Colliers Wood (8 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station)
. 3 bed flat with large room sizes and a living room
. Short walk to Tooting
. On the Northern Line and is a night tube!
. Close to Clapham, Stockwell, Battersea and Central on tube
. Each room is £867 a month excluding bills
. Move in date 31st October (previous tenants have said they can be flexible)
. We are taking over a tenancy and tenancy ends August 2025 (with potential to extend)

A bit about us:
Both 23 years old
Working in project management & consulting (sadly no fun perks to bribe with) and we work from home most days
We love going to gigs and festivals (e. g. we went to Project 6, Cross the Tracks and All Points East)
We enjoy pub trips, pub quizzes and exploring London
Both love travel and go on short weekends away a few times a year
Both are tidy and respectful of space
