Room to rent in flat near to CW tube station

Double bedroom to rent. The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The flat itself has a lounge with sofa, coffee table and 4 chair dining table. Internet included. Small kitchen (which is just being redone - picture is of old kitchen) and recently refurbished bathroom too. The flat also has a private garden, with decking and seating, grass area and flower bed
Happy to consider pets in certain circumstances. On street parking is available. Cleaner will visit once a fortnight.
Colliers Wood tube station is a ten minute walk away. There is a Sainsbury's, M&S food, Lidl, Aldi and Co-Op between the flat and the station. Merton Abbey Mills (pubs and restaurants) is 1 minute round the corner.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly. If you are a couple I would request an extra £200 per month.

Whilst I have advertised this as a room to rent with live in landlord, the reality is I am away for 5ish months for work. This means I will not be at home for most of the period - although I may pop back now and then (although I will let you know in advance if I am planning on coming back). This means you will have the flat to yourself for most of the time.
