The flat is 8 minutes walk to the station which is the northern line meaning you can get into central within 30 minutes.

It is a 8 minute walk from an Aldi, Sainsbury, M and S, Tesco and gym group. There is also a massive park a two minute walk away which is absolutely stunning !

Rent is £867 a month excluding bills. Bills come to about 100 a month and include WiFi, water, council tax and electricity.

You will be required to pay a deposit of 1000 pounds for the room and will need to pass referencing.
The landlord does not want any students.

Move in date would be 15 November 2024 (this is flexible ) and the lease would run until August 2025 with the option to extend.
