I've lived here for 2 years and will be sad to move, its a great spot with lovely flatmates.

This house is huge and modern, with easy access to central London!

- The current tenancy runs till March 2025 with the option to renew. Most of the flat will be renewing and you're welcome to stay
- 10 mins walk Colliers Wood Station (Northern Line)
- 32 mins on the tube to Waterloo/Victoria
- Tram access nearby
- 5 mins from big Sainsbury, Lidl, Aldi, Boots and Merton Abbey
- 5 mins from Morden Hall National Trust park. Has a garden centre, coffee shops and a second hand bookstore. Great for a midday run when wfh!
- The room comes with the bed, a side table and the clothes rack. Am happy to discuss selling the ikea 4x4 kallax shelves and the desk & chair if you would like!

Living with three chilled out and friendly flatmates (Eva, 24, Megan, 25 and Chris, 27) who'd love to live with someone similar.

Chris is northern irish and works as a supply teacher as well as hustling in the musical theatre world.

Meg is british and works in events. She loves to bake and sometimes there are some leftovers you can enjoy!

Eva is also british and works in business consulting. She's engaged to a guy from Bristol so is going to move at the end of the tenancy (you could get a friend to join you here later!)
