The room is fully furnished and is upstairs so you would have your own floor to yourself. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Rent is 867 per month excluding bills and bills come to around 100 per month which includes WiFi, water, council tax and electricity. You would be required to pass referencing and pay a deposit of about 1000 pounds.
The move in date is 15th of November 2024 and the tenancy runs until August 2025 with the option to renew. ☺️
You would be living with myself and my brother.
Abit about us -
I am 26 and I work in finance with a mix of work from home and office. I have been living in London for about 2 years! I enjoy a good night out but also appreciate some downtime. I enjoy gyming and going for coffees. (Not to mention a cheeky pint at the pub every now and then 🤪)
My brother is 24 and he works in finance sales. Currently he is based in the office 5 days a week. He is fairly new to London as he has only been here for about two months. He loves football, grabbing a pint and an easy weekend.
We are both social and friendly people and are looking for a likeminded flatmate who is willing to make our house a home. We are both clean and respect peoples privacy and downtime!
Unfortunately the landlord has been quite specific on not allowing students or couples ☺️
