Spacious 5-Bedroom House with Available Rooms

Hi everyone!

We have 5 spacious rooms available in a lovely house located near cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets—perfect for anyone looking for easy access to Colliers Wood, Wimbledon, and Tooting Broadway.

About the Rooms:

One ensuite bedroom is available for single or couple occupancy (couples: £300 per week).

The other rooms are available for single occupancy only.

House Features:

The communal area is clean and well-maintained and includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

To secure the room, a holding deposit of £200 is required. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!

All the flatmates here are young professionals who keep things clean and are easygoing, so we’re looking for someone similar to join.
