Large Double Room with King size bed

I'm going away to South Africa till April and need someone who is looking for a room for 3 months. Based in Colliers Wood around 7 minute's walk from the tube station (Northern line) which can take you to central in 30 mins also plenty of shops around the area no more than a 10-minute walk from the Tandem retail park and tooting broadway. The property has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a big kitchen, and living space. We also have a small garden at the back which we hoping to do over at some point in the future.

The room is located on the top floor with shared bathroom with one other roommate on the top floor. The room is furnished with a king size bed and work desk for anyone working from home or studying. The room is £1100 a month including all the bills which is what I currently pay.

Current tenants are 2 female working professionals in their late 20’s. Who really have made the house a home and would appreciate someone clean and tidy. We love to have our friends over and do games nights and generally have a laugh. We want someone who is keen on joining in on the fun (if they want to) and can also respect each others space when needed.
