A spacious bedroom is available in a lovely house near cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets—perfect for easy access to Colliers Wood, Wimbledon, and Tooting Broadway!

House Features:

The communal area is clean and well-maintained and includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A £250 holding fee is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £250 to cover utility bills for months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional utility payment will be required.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!
