Huge bright room with own bathroom, 3-5 days/week

Huge bright double bedroom and own bathroom, available midweek for a lodger. They are the only rooms on the top floor of the house, so you'd have a lot of privacy. It's larger than many studio apartments!

The room has a double bed and bedside tables. We can add a desk and clothes rail if useful. Recently carpeted. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Parking is available, on a quiet leafy road. The house is 5 mins walk from Colliers Wood tube station (northern line).

The rate is £50 per night, for up to 5 nights per week. We are happy with a repeating pattern, or for it to vary by week.

You are welcome to leave a suitcase there between stays.
Council tax, internet and all bills included.
There is space for all you'd need in the room, and you'd have access to cook dinner in the kitchen. We'd prefer not to give access to the lounge, although we go to bed very early so after 9.30pm would be fine!
The room and bathroom will be cleaned once per week.
This is a lodger vacancy, so you wouldn't be able to bring guests over. We are looking for someone who wants to live peacefully in a recently renovated family home. We live there with our daughter.
